Payment Options and Information

Approved test sites have options on how and who pays for AMCA Certification Exam fees.

Candidate Pay

When choosing this option, exam fees may be paid by the candidate ONLINE by using their personal Credit Card or by Money order.  Money order must be received 7 days prior to exam date.  If the money order isn’t received prior to testing, the exam will be postponed. No Personal checks are accepted.

Test Site Pay

When choosing this option, exam fees are paid by the test site following the exam administration. Options for test site pay include:

  • Corporate Credit Card – AMCA can keep a designated credit card on file to use as a payment. This card will only be charged for candidates that test when your organization authorizes AMCA to make the charge. A Credit Card authorization form is required.
  • Invoicing – This option is granted to AMCA Test Sites that are in good financial standing. Invoice terms are “Due on Receipt”. For invoicing, please provide institution Financial Officers contact information.
  • Business Check – Business checks are accepted and due upon receipt of the invoice.
  • AMCA Bulk Rate Pre-Paid Exam Discount – The AMCA is proud to offer a Bulk Rate Discount for pre-paid exams. Bulk rate exam totals can be comprised of any of the 14 single certifications that AMCA offers. Bulk Rate Discounts will not be applied on package discounts.
  • 1 to 49 exams:           full price
  • 50 to 74 exams:         10% discount
  • 75 to 99 exams:         15% discount
  • 100 or more exams:  20% discount

The discount is only applied when pre-payment has been made. Once paid, you can schedule your exam dates as needed and we will keep a credit on file until it has been exhausted. Bulk Discount rates are not available on Custom Exam Packages.

  • Purchase Orders – AMCA’s finance department can work with your institution or organization in the handling of purchase orders and/or candidate vouchers. Purchase orders are not required by the AMCA. Please send exam quotes or estimates requests to
